Police Officer Injured in San Antonio Car Crash at N. Zarzamora and Culebra Streets

San Antonio, Texas (April 18, 2019) – A San Antonio Police Department officer was injured in a collision between two vehicles early Thursday morning in San Antonio.

According to a report by the authorities, the wreck happened at N. Zarzamora and Culebra Streets around 1:00 a.m.

The report showed that an officer was exiting the parking lot of a 7-11 convenience store when the police cruiser was T-boned by an SUV.

The officer sustained head and back injuries. The officer was taken to San Antonio Memorial Medical Center for treatment.

The other driver was not injured.

The authorities are investigating the incident.
