Girl Hospitalized after Navarro County Pedestrian Accident on CR-4160

Navarro County, Texas (June 12, 2019) – A driver fled the scene after hitting and injuring a child on Monday night in Navarro County.

According to the deputies, the incident took place Monday, June 10, on County Road 4160.

The Navarro County Sheriff’s Office said an 8-year-old girl was hit by an older-model SUV suspected to be a Chevy Trailblazer.

The girl suffered serious injuries and was taken to Baylor Scott & White Hospital.

The Navarro County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
