Travis County Sheriff’s Deputy Hurt in Austin Car Accident on Tuscany Way and Highway 290

Travis County, Texas (June 18, 2019) – A car accident in Northeast Austin sent a Travis County Sheriff’ deputy to a hospital early Tuesday morning, according to the authorities.

The collision took place at Tuscany Way and Highway 290 around 3:30 a.m.

Two vehicles were involved in the crash. The deputy’s car was left with front-end damage.

Authorities said the deputy was transported to a hospital as a precaution.

No other injuries were reported.
